Delivery time:
Papu products are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Hyvinkää, Finland. The normal delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days to Finland and 4–7 business days to other European countries. Deliveries outside Europe may take longer. Campaigns, weekends and public holidays, as well as delays in transit, may affect delivery times.
Please note that pre-order products have a longer delivery time; the exact delivery time is stated in the product description.
Return handling fees:
Returns - €5.00/item (uncollected parcel €10.00)
A handling fee is charged for all returns, whether the whole order or only part of it is returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns from outside Finland are sent at the customer's own cost.
Customers have a 14-day right of return on ordered products. The 14 days are counted from the day the customer receives the product.

General size guide
We've gathered tips below on choosing the right size and instructions on how to read the measurement drawings for our clothes.
Our online store has product-specific measurement drawings for women's clothing, where you can check the measurements of each product. The easiest way to choose your size is to compare the measurements in the drawing to a similar garment from your own wardrobe.
For each of our products you'll also find the material composition. Our garments containing elastane are slightly stretchy, so if you're unsure between two sizes, you can also choose the smaller size if you want the product to fit snugly. If you compare the measurements in the drawing to your own garment, choose a slightly stretchy garment from your wardrobe as well. Products made from 100% cotton, Ecovero or lyocell do not stretch, so it's good to take this into account when choosing your size. In that case, compare the measurements in the drawing to a non-stretch garment.
Material
100% Lyocell
Lyocell is a regenerated cellulose fibre made from wood pulp. It resembles viscose, but it is produced with a more environmentally friendly process that requires less energy and fewer harmful chemicals. The process takes place in a closed loop, which means that the chemicals used can be reused again and again.
Lyocell is a strong and durable fibre. When dry, it is the strongest regenerated cellulose fibre – even stronger than cotton or linen!
Care instructions
100% Lyocell
Lyocell feels soft against the skin, is absorbent and stays fresh for a long time – so it can be worn several times between washes. This means fewer washes, which saves water and energy.
The product may release colour before its first wash (even when dry), so we recommend washing it before first use.
Regardless of the product's care label, we recommend a 30°C wash for all lyocell products.
Lyocell can be washed by hand or in a machine, but use a gentle programme if you machine wash it.
Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the colours and the material.
Wash the product in a laundry bag.
Use a mild detergent that does not contain bleach or harsh chemicals.
May shrink by 5%
Lyocell is sensitive to stain removers and rubbing, so please avoid harsh products and rubbing. If a stain appears, wash the whole product instead of just the stained area.
Lyocell may feel slightly stiff after washing, but it softens again once dry. Ironing the product on the reverse side while slightly damp straightens and softens the material and helps restore any shrinkage.
Do not soak the product or leave it wet in the machine; take it out to dry immediately.
When drying outdoors in summer, remember that sunlight can fade the product's colours and weaken the fibres.
Lyocell is a delicate material that can easily snag or be damaged, so handle it with care and avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces.
