Delivery time:
Papu products are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Hyvinkää, Finland. The normal delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days to Finland and 4–7 business days to other countries. Campaigns, weekends and public holidays, as well as delays in transit, may affect delivery times.
Please note that pre-order products have a longer delivery time; the exact delivery time is stated in the product description.
Return handling fees:
Returns - €5.00/item (uncollected parcel €10.00)
A handling fee is charged for all returns, whether the whole order or only part of it is returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns from outside Finland are sent at the customer's own cost.
Customers have a 14-day right of return on ordered products. The 14 days are counted from the day the customer receives the product.

We've gathered tips below on choosing the right size and instructions on how to read the measurement drawings for our clothes.
Our online store has product-specific measurement drawings for women's clothing, where you can check the measurements of each product. The easiest way to choose your size is to compare the measurements in the drawing to a similar garment from your own wardrobe.
For each of our products you'll also find the material composition. Our garments containing elastane are slightly stretchy, so if you're unsure between two sizes, you can also choose the smaller size if you want the product to fit snugly. If you compare the measurements in the drawing to your own garment, choose a slightly stretchy garment from your wardrobe as well. Products made from 100% cotton, Ecovero or lyocell do not stretch, so it's good to take this into account when choosing your size. In that case, compare the measurements in the drawing to a non-stretch garment.

97% Organic cotton / 3% Elastane
Cotton-elastane is a blend that combines the natural properties of cotton with the stretch of elastane. This combination makes it an excellent choice for garments that need both comfort and durability. Cotton is known for its breathability, softness and ability to absorb moisture, making it a comfortable material for everyday wear. Cotton also naturally holds its colour and withstands washing well, which extends the life of the garment.
Elastane, in turn, gives the fabric stretch and elasticity. It helps garments move with the wearer and keep their shape from wash to wash.
This makes the cotton-elastane blend the perfect choice for garments that need both freedom of movement and durability.
Care instructions
Organic cotton / Elastane
Following these care instructions will help keep your cotton-elastane garments in good condition so you can enjoy their comfort and durability for a long time.
Use a suitable washing temperature according to the garment's care label. We recommend a 40°C delicate programme for our cotton-elastane products.
Do not use fabric softener – fabric softeners weaken elastane and can cause its fibres to break. This makes the knit loosen, so washing without fabric softener has a significant effect on the garment's lifespan and quality.
Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals, which can damage the elasticity of elastane.
Turn the garment inside out before washing to keep the colours bright and the surface less prone to wear.
May shrink by 5%
Avoid tumble drying if possible, as excessive heat and mechanical friction can damage elastane fibres.
Avoid ironing altogether if possible. The heat of an iron can damage elastane fibres. If necessary, iron only at a low temperature on the reverse side of the garment.
Ensi ajatus oli, että housut ovat odotettua paksummat. Parin sovituskerran jälkeen olen erittäin tyytyväinen hyvin istuviin, napakoihin housuihin, jotka sopivat täydellisesti syksyyn ja talvikauteen. Housut mukautuvat moneen menoon yläosasta riippuen.
Papun vaatteista useimmiten L-koko on hyvä ja niin näistäkin housuista.

Vivid Wide -housut
Punnitsin S ja XS -kokojen välillä päätyen kokoon S. Kankaan paksuus yllätti, mutta toimiikin näin syksyn tullen ihan hyvin. Housut istuvat hyvin. Lahkeita lyhensin hiukan. Käsittääkseni housut sopivat monille kankaan joustavuuden takia. Myös kankaan paksuus onkin vain eduksi vartalolle.
